The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Architecture and design to…

• Manage new stores, including renovations and enhancement projects in our North and South America market from feasibility to opening.
• Review project designs with all cross-functional teams including Visual Merchandising, sales, Business Development, and construction for alignment and conformance to standards
• Update projects as needed to meet business needs and budget constraints.
• Work with in house construction team to find creative solutions to value engineer projects
• Manage Facilities projects around the Hudson Yards office, having an impact on the work environment of our corporate employees
• Review construction and millwork drawings for accurate information, materials and sizing.
• Collaborate with local architects to ensure drawings match design intent, and local code conformance

The accomplished individual will possess…

• Bachelors or Masters – Architecture, or Interior Design
• At least three years’ experience in an architecture/drafting position.
• Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be self-motivated, highly productive, and have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as cross functionally with other business groups.
• Must be a highly organized, self-starter with ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Must be able to read and understand architectural and millwork drawings.
