Start your healthcare career at Tampa Lakes Health and Rehabilitation as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with an onsite paid 8-hour training course. Upon successfully completing the training course you will partner with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) to provide routine direct nursing care to our residents and patients. PCA’s will learn skills training and knowledge to successfully pass the Certified Nursing Assistant exam. Upon receiving your C.N.A. certification, you may be eligible for a $3500 sign-on bonus, if you become a Full-Time C.N.A.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer call lights
- Assist the Resident/Patient with getting dressed
- Assist Resident/Patient with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution/use
- Pass drinks and meal trays
- Take vital signs
- Documentation
- Other direct care services
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
