POSITION SUMMARY
Be the voice of Heineken on social media! We’re seeking a Social Media Manager with excellent copywriting skills. Strategically support this world-famous brand by creating compelling content and the overall content calendar. Opportunities to travel to sponsored music and sports events!

• Tuesdays and Wednesdays on site in White Plains, NY.

Hybrid role: Remote M/Th/Fri.

JOB DUTIES

• Act as brand voice through the development of impactful copy for paid and organic social.
• Directly responsible for the organization and deployment of organic social media content.
• Assume the lead role as brand steward for paid and organic social by ensuring content drives both global brand integrity and US relevancy.
• Influence and play key role in the refinement and shaping of overall US organic social strategy.
• End to end project management for approved US-developed content. Work with brand-led campaigns to adapt assets for content amplification across paid social.
• ‘Always on’ social community management and engagement with some evenings and weekends required.
• Proactively present strategic opportunities that drive business goals and surprise and delight our consumers.

JOB QUALIFIATIONS

• 2+ years’ experience in social media with proven success in establishing strong social media presence especially on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent copywriting skills and strong business mindset.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas & strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on storytelling, personality, and consumer engagement.
• Passion and understanding of Gen Z/Millennial culture and trends, with an emphasis on social media, e-sports/gaming, and new mediums to expand the audience.
• Flexible working hours and potential 10% travel. Occasional weekend & evening work to deliver timely response and/or maximize on any social media buzz. May be required to attend live events for coverage including but not limited to Coachella, US Open, etc.
• Solid stakeholder management in a collaborative environment. Able to work with various cross-functional teams including agencies, US brand leads, corporate affairs, legal and global digital team.

Per Colorado state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for a Colorado based individual: $46,270 Minimum – $85,930 Maximum per annum. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
