SPA’s Strategic Programs and Critical Infrastructure Division (SPCID) is hiring for a Cost Analyst. The successful candidate will provide cost analysis support to develop a variety of cost estimating products such as Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), Alternative Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis, and business case support.
Responsibilities
The Cost Analyst will perform data collection, model development, database management, data normalization, risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, acquisition/contract evaluation, conduct Net Present Value (NPV), and cost/financial performance monitoring. They will also participate in technical working groups with engineering, budget, schedule, and acquisition functional team members. In addition, the Cost Analyst will manage client relationships and expectations.
