IT Manager position
Whilst employed by Synergy associates you will be permanently on secondment to our client, managing their day to day IT needs and managing their infrastructure.

Location:
This is a hybrid role requiring you work from home but also travel to three offices in the LA area.
Working pattern:
The successful candidate will work regular weekly hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. The candidate will need to be flexible depending on team requirements, hours may change slightly from week to week.
Reporting to:
Global Operations Director
As the IT Manager you will.
Ensure the smooth running of the client systems and services, including regular on-site maintenance, remote maintenance, onboarding and offboarding staff and technical projects. Working closely with the client you will oversee technical service delivery ensuring unrivalled customer service. You will work hard to build a close working relationship with the client.

Experience:
2 years working in a customer focused IT role, such as a service desk, or technical support function. Some management experience is essential. Experience in an MSP environment is desirable.
Education:
Relevant degree or qualified through equivalent experience.
