Growing Physical Therapy clinic seeking a team-oriented, energetic Full time front desk patient care coordinator with the ability to multi-task while making our patients feel like the most important person in the room. Excellent customer service skills, telephone skills and previous experience working with insurance in healthcare is critical. A great opportunity for a Gap year student who is looking for a career in Physical Therapy , Nursing or Medicine . Monday through Friday 8 hours a day. Duties will include, but are not limited to: answering phones and scheduling patients, insurance verification , general administrative paperwork, solving all scheduling challenges with superior customer service skills, tech and cleaning duties. Position includes medical and dental benefits, retirement plan, Two weeks PTO as well as paid holidays.
Our ideal candidate is a “people person” , extroverted and works well as part of a team. H/she is flexible, has a growth mind set and loves to learn! Experience and/or education in insurance verification for medical or physical therapy required as this will be part of the position. We are looking for someone who knows how to provide customer delight!
We are opening up two different positions!
Monday through Friday 8:30-5 and Monday through Friday 10:30 – 7!
