The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall administration of all human resource functions and is responsible for the planning and implementation of risk management program. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the company’s overall mission and strategic direction, of the organization specifically in the areas of worker’s compensation, general liability claims, and the development and implementation of initiatives, strategies, and procedures to reduce loss costs.
