Strongback Mobility Looking for Digital Marketing Manager at Remote Full Time

We are a young, successful, and innovative design and manufacturing company in the field of ergonomic mobility. We produce and distribute worldwide wheelchairs and rollators. Therefore, we are looking for you to join our young and motivated team. Our parent company is located in Feusisberg (Switzerland) – but our international team works flexible and part-time from Switzerland, Germany, America and Ecuador. Our company Strongback Mobility USA LLC is responsible for the B2B and B2C distribution of STRONGBACK products in the United States (www.strongbackmobility.com). To support this team, we would like to hire a Digital Marketing Manager / D2C Sales Channel Manager as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up, evaluating, and managing SEA campaigns (Google Ads):
• Analyzing account performance against key metrics (spend, return, goal) to identify, recommend and implement optimization solutions to increase efficiency and meet KPI goalso
• Analyzing data trends and creating keywords lists, bids, and budget planning based on gathering and analyzing data at account and campaign level·
• Conception, analysis, and optimization of paid and cross-channel online marketing campaigns for the generation of new leads
• Manager of our Amazon Sales Account
• Further development, implementation, and distribution of our content marketing strategy for more “Top of the Funnel Awareness”
• Supervise the improvement and optimization of our website with responsibility for SEA/SEO search engine optimization, content management and the up-to-dateness of the website and online store
• Continuous exchange and collaboration with STRONGBACK HQ for digital strategies and brand management

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Solid marketing education with advanced training in digital marketing, web design and/or e-commerce (Shopify is a plus)
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing digital marketing and content marketing measures and campaigns, including their budgeting and evaluation
• Proficient with Data Analysis: Execute tests٫ collect and analyze data and results٫ identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Track٫ report٫ and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.· Good knowledge of SEO/SEA and Google Analytics
• Experience with ALL Amazon advertising products – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP.
• Independent and reliable way of working and high-quality standards are a matter of course for you
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities at the same time with tight deadlines.
• Experience driving projects with minimal supervision.
