To leverage your exceptional communications and digital marketing skills to support STRIVE Prep marketing and communications to stakeholders.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
STRIVE Prep is a Denver-based community of K-12 charter public schools that challenges every student to discover and develop the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in college and beyond. The Communications Specialist position reports to and works closely with the Director of Communications to ensure communications and marketing efforts are strategic and effective while achieving STRIVE Prep’s brand and voice in all communications and materials. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for supporting internal teams and communications efforts related to teacher recruitment, employee communications, development and donor relations, and website and intranet updates.
This position is part of the larger External Affairs team and will collaborate with others in the organization to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for all communications. STRIVE Prep is at an exciting time of transformation, where we are redefining our brand promise and evolving our internal culture to better align with our core beliefs of achievement, perseverance, and justice.
