Expectations from the role:
As key member of the US team, the main responsibility of the E-Commerce manager is to develop and grow Strides Consumer business online. This will include Amazon, retailer.com as well as creating and managing D2C sites. This person should be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong decision-making skills, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability. Must prioritize and implement new online business initiatives such as new platform development, new assortment recommendation and creation, E-Commerce budget allocation and management. They will be asked to monitor and analyze E-Commerce sales trends and key performance indicators to be able to develop strategies to increase traffic and maximize ROAS with our agency partners. This position will report to the Director of Sales North America with a dotted line to head of Marketing.
