The Strategy Officer contributes to Modern Teacher, a Stride, Inc. company’s overall mission by leading and supporting seamless integration of the Modern Teacher Platform in addition to supporting Professional Learning for client districts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with personalized, blended, and competency-based learning as well as leading school systems through second-order change.
Success in this role will depend on the ability to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment paired with the ability to seek creative solutions to the challenges of supporting a rapidly developing business alongside the evolution of education in today’s world. This position is all remote and reports to the CEO. This position is part of a larger collaborative team you will have access to and mentorship from leadership and team members. This position requires frequent travel. This position will serve the Western Region of the United States and ideally will live in CA, NV, or AZ. Travel will be primarily regional with some national travel as needed.

DISCLAIMER – STRIDE POSITIONS COMPENSATION
We anticipate the salary range to be $79,400 to $151,000. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
