Warehouse Operator 4 position
Full Time | Permanent
Located at Airway Heights Corrections Center
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor subordinate employees and incarcerated individuals in warehouse operations
• Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures for warehouse operations
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel and equipment
• Analyze storage areas and allocate warehouse space
• Supervise incoming food inspection processes
• Manage inventory storage and distribution of goods and services
• Record inventory and location information in a database
• Complete annual inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure tool and key control procedures are followed
• Monitor incarcerated individual behavior and provide feedback
Requirements
• High school graduation or GED
• Physical ability to use material handling equipment
• 4 years progressive clerical or technical experience in commissary/warehouse operations
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Preferred: 5 years progressive clerical or technical experience
• Preferred: 4 years of supervisory experience
• Preferred: Knowledgeable of Lean practices
