State Collection Service provides equipment to all virtual representatives
Are you currently in the health care field and looking to change directions? State Collection Service is actively recruiting for Collection Account Representatives.
These will be telework positions. You can work from home and still help patients!
Collection Representatives can earn a GUARANTEED BASE HOURLY pay rate PLUS Unlimited Commission, monthly bonus opportunity.
Our Offices are closed the Major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) allowing our employees to be with their loved ones!
Qualifications-
Previous call center or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Ability to build rapport over the phone
Negotiation and Problem-Solving Techniques
Ability to multi-task and navigate through computer systems
Must have High Speed Internet
