The Manager, Talent will be a key business partner to our growing business groups. This role will work alongside a team of dynamic Talent individuals while being an integral person in shaping an innovative environment to our business groups.

• Provide guidance and counsel to Leadership and Leadership Partners regarding employee engagement, growth, and discipline.
• Provides managers and employees with fair advice/counsel regarding complaints/legal issues.
• Integral partner in employee development
• Work with Talent Specialist to ensure payroll and benefits are processed accordingly
• Work with HR Programs Manager to facilitate trainings and execute HR programs
• Helps with the administration of Leave of Absence
• Handles general inquiries regarding policies, procedures and processes
• Work with the team to handle monthly audits
• Work with data to provide statistics, trends and insights
• Partner with leadership on reporting metrics, tracking and dashboards
• Collaborate with leaders to find new and innovative ways to drive people culture and create a positive experience
• Partner with People Data, HR Operations and Data Integrity teams to support all processes for employee life cycle

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-orientated and highly motivated, self-starter, able to multi-task and works well under pressure
• Great problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate must have strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of general HR practices, policies and pertinent legislation governing employment relations
• 4-5 years of experience in the Generalist capacity with understanding of compensation, recruiting, DE&I, L&D and employee relations
• Communicates clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity
• Ability to handle high level confidential data
• Understanding of payroll and benefits
• Experience with HRIS and employment law
