As a Senior HR Operations Manager within the PRO (HR) Service Delivery function, you will be focused on supporting our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) and contribute to Starbucks success by enabling the talent culture through leading operational excellence efforts from a programs and systems standpoint. Through your partnership with technology, HR, retail operations and more, you will evolve the candidate and partner (employee) experience by implementing, sustaining, and optimizing processes using lean process improvement concepts and driving the right technology transformation and enhancements.
To be successful we’re looking for someone with curiosity to think outside of the box, someone who can connect the dots for tactical and strategic solutions and execute on those solutions, someone who can build strong inclusive relationships, and someone who will obsess over the candidate and partner experience.
As a Senior HR Ops Mgr, Talent Acquisition, you will…
o People: Obsess over the candidate and partner (employee) experience to provide optimal, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
o Process: Identify and deliver business process optimization for continuous improvement and drive scalable solutions across multiple cross-functional programs.
o Technology: Ensure that the talent ecosystem is designed to meet talent philosophy, strategy, and business processes delivered through thoughtful and structured project and change management practices with a global mindset.
o Monitor overall program health and influence the prioritization of improvements to drive the right solutions.
o Partner with support teams to monitor program end-user support issues and trends to identify and drive solutions for program improvements.
o Manage existing and/or implement new vendor systems and services across the talent ecosystem and drive vendor sustainment and enhancements.
We’d love to hear from people with:
o Knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g., HCM and applicant tracking systems)
o Ability to drive work to completion leveraging collaborative relationships to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
o Ability to simplify and structure complex ambiguous problems and processes in a concise and effective way
o Ability to analyze, evaluate, develop strategic and tactical solutions
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
o Ability to define business needs for technical solutions
o Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
o Bachelors or equivalent in relevant experience
