Cleaners maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of property’s common areas, residential units and grounds.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
? Responsible for ongoing cleaning of apartment common areas and grounds as assigned.
? Responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units to ensure readiness for new residents.
? Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
? Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
? Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook. I
DEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
? Projection of a professional image by following the dress code and appearance standards
? Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
? A positive, upbeat attitude
? A work record of good attendance and punctuality
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm
Pay: $15-18
