Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager accomplishes department objectives by developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have skills in sourcing, negotiating salaries, interviewing, networking, have a strong knowledge of clinical functions and will work closely with hiring managers, other human resource staff, senior leadership and external vendors to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organization’s needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Human Resources Director.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human resources, Master’s degree preferred
2. At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
3. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality and time management skills.
6. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.
7. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
8. Experience with ATS systems.
9. Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets
