Support multiple aspects of composite manufacturing operation

Responsibilities
• Wind spools, creel and lace equipment
• Operate various equipment associated with stretch breaking
• Maintain defect logs and measure critical parameters
• Inspect and document parts for compliance
• Prepare completed units for production or shipment
Requirements
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
• Preferred experience with high-end fibers
• Prior experience with carbon, glass, and ceramic fibers is a plus
