This position is a weekends only FT position. Hours are Fri, Sat, Sun + Mon 8am- 6:30p.

Weekend Maintenance Team Lead Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Serves as a point person for weekend shift operations.
- Builds positive relationships with other departments, Residents, and community members.
- Performs maintenance tasks including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Coordinates with vendors and contractors to complete projects successfully.
- Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Actively engages and leads at least 4 full-time employees.
Qualifications
Education Required:
High School diploma or GED. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience Required:
A minimum of at least three years of experience working in facilities, maintenance, custodian, and/or housekeeping for a large organization or multiple facilities.
Licenses Required:
Valid driver license with good DMV record
