Responsible for operating a laser and cutting stainless steel
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
• Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures
• Stage raw materials for production
• Load and unload machine with correct sheet sizes
• Label parts with correct part numbers
• Report equipment deficiencies to supervisor
• Ensure production schedule follow-through
• Perform operator-level maintenance and cleaning
• Check parts for tolerance
• Deburr parts
• Place materials in proper kitting box

Requirements
• Experience operating a laser and power/hand tools
• Accurate and precise reading of a tape measure
• Understanding of blueprints
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Fast pace work
• Knowledge of proper rigging techniques
