This position is a 100% remote opportunity!

This is an exciting ground floor opportunity for a Tax CPA to join a company who is growing exponentially. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a busy tax office, has been responsible for the tax return process for both business and individual from beginning to end, has gotten real results, and is willing to work with us to perfect our tax preparation and tax planning process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform tax research

• Prepare and review tax returns

• Record tax entries into accounting software

• Oversee non-income tax compliance

• Prepare for and lead tax audits

• Manage staff accountants

• Preparation and review of financial statements

• Keeping the company tax-compliant and up to date on new tax laws

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a CPA

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of experience of professional tax experience

• Public Accounting and Tax Preparation experience is required

• QuickBooks accounting software experience

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
