Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager position is responsible for managing large electric utility construction projects with utility contractors, E.P.C firms and renewable energy developers. This position will be able to work independently and amongst the team in managing the order process, from receipt of order to payment, from an inside support perspective. This includes all after sales responsibilities: order entry, expediting, quoting proposals for add-on sales, coordinate between customer engineering, Irby estimator and manufactures to address project challenges, load customer pay apps, resolve payment issues, and maintains warranty files. The goal is to develop relationships with customers to generate increased business by creating an effortless experience.
