Summary:

Design and improve maintenance programs so that the resources of the maintenance department execute the correct activities to enhance the reliability of the equipment and meets the objectives of the facility.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

• Lead projects for equipment and facility improvements through best practices in maintenance reliability systems.
• Tear down machines to the component level; keeps the spare parts management system updated.
• Maintain maintenance management system (CMMS-API) and update spare parts management system (InforXA-SAP).
• Design, monitor, and improve maintenance plans for machines at the component level.
• Carry out the correct maintenance at the correct time and at the best cost with the ultimate goal of increasing reliability.
• Support the maintenance planning department in the implementation of maintenance plans.
• Perform execution of maintenance plans through the CMMS and industry resources.
• Maintain information on equipment maintenance, KPIs, and history to propose improvements.
• Identify and implement solutions to chronic and/or costly problems through the BDE tool.
• Improve equipment and facilities by decreasing failure rate.
• Provide technical advice to maintenance and production operations.
• Lead projects and perform technology upgrades to improve the reliability of company assets.
• Support implementation of Maintenance Excellence and SPS – SKF Production System.
• Train others in as needed.

Requirement:

• 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
