Job Description:
This position is a key role within the Colebrook Aerospace factory leadership team. The Engineering Manager is responsible for all engineering activities within the factory as well as supporting the development of processes and employees within the department. The activities include process development, new product/process costing, new product/process implementation, standard workflow, manufacturing/capacity planning, continuous improvement, and application of lean management principles.
