The Technology Specialist will report directly to the Head of Technology and work closely with the entire company staff. In addition, the Technology Specialist is responsible for the overall health of application software/hardware solutions; provides general oversight of the company’s technology platforms, information security, and the network environment; and directly resolves the daily help desk requests. This is a hands-on position with no employees to supervise.
The Technology Specialist will work collaboratively with the department managers at the corporate office to provide the highest level of customer service in a friendly, helpful manner while accurately responding to the company’s needs. Additionally, the Technology Specialist will project a professional company image through all types of interaction.
