Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting production budget hours and schedule status for 6-8 Task Orders. This position collaborates with leadership in Production, Production Planning, Production Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure hours and schedule accurate reflect current Task Order financial position. Day-to-day activities include:

• Meet monthly deadlines as published in Business Rhythm calendar
• Keep Task Order data up to date and accurate
• Submit needed data for changes to Task Orders
• Understand, create, and collect data to support Task Order funded scope

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous position held in production or production support department
• Microsoft Excel and Access experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage and meet multiple daily deadlines
• ERP system experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments

Desired Skills:

• Excel and Access database building
• Cost Management or Earned Value Knowledge
• DOD contractor experience
• SAP system experience

– Bachelor’s degree from accredited college

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
