Responsibilities • Operate manufacturing and/or packaging line(s) to maximize production quantity and quality
• Process chemical substances into industrial or consumer products
• Load materials into vessels or tanks
• Monitor chemical reactions and make necessary adjustments
• Perform quality control analysis
• Package, palletize, and stage products for transportation
• Maintain plant safety and good housekeeping
• Perform minor maintenance of equipment and workstations
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements • High School graduate
• Trade school certification in electronics or related field a plus
• Ability to read, write and comprehend documents in English
• Ability to lift up to 74 lbs repeatedly throughout work shift
• Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve technical problems
• Availability to work shift schedule
• Forklift operation skills
• Passing Sika proficiency test in reading comprehension and math ability
