DTC/B2B Business Analyst – Digital Applications

Position Summary:
Provide forward-thinking UI/UX and systems integration project leadership working directly with Sales Operations, Digital Marketing, and Information Technology with the objective of creating superior end-user digital experiences for DTC/B2B Applications and Services. You must be able to make recommendations regarding data integration, data quality, website enhancements, and workflow improvements. Be a results-driven individual who must be focused on business outcomes and will be responsible for project success from initial project business case justification through operationalization.
Reporting to the Director, Digital Application, you will have functional responsibilities and will complete assignments within a framework of established objectives, programs, priorities, and results desired. You will plan and carry out work independently within this framework, keep stakeholders informed, and communicate highly complex matters requiring escalation. You will employ a thorough and thoughtful approach to problem-solving and present complexities/sensitivities with options for action. Work is expected to be complete, thorough, accurate, and is subject to review in process and upon completion, in terms of quality, quantity, timeliness, customer service, teamwork, adherence to requirements, and other factors, including attainment of specified performance management goals and objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role that consists of Business Systems Analysis (technical), Application support, and support vendor Management and enhancement delivery. The approximate breakdown for this role is:Â
*50% Systems Business Analyst. These include but are not limited to:Â
*Understanding digital applications and SIG DTC/B2B ecosystem including backend integration with our Oracle ERP.
*Understanding DTC/B2B business processes, needs, and opportunities.
*Use Case development and documentation.
*Provide solutions and designs to improve business processes and performance leveraging digital applications.
*Evaluating Support Vendor solutions and approaches and providing informed feedback that they can use to improve their designs.
*Subject Matter expert the Digital Applications, including backend and downstream process/data impacts.
*Creating and updating Application standardized documentation.
*30% Enhancement Delivery, including but not limited to:
*Developing schedules, deliverables, and assignments to internal and external partners.
*Coordinating the delivery of enhancements deliverables – managing the project to be on time, on budget, and in scope.
*Developing Test Plans and Test scenarios and conducting and documenting test results.
*Coordinating the Build and Release schedules with internal and external partners.
*Developing along with IT Management and stakeholders the deployment, cutover, and support plans.
*Documenting application changes and new features/enhancements using a standardized format.
*20% Supporting DTC/B2B Digital Applications
*Understanding business requests, providing updates to the applications, and/or communicating and coordinating updates with our Service Vendors.
*Support Application administration tasks, adding/removing user access, updating roles, and providing business stakeholder support as needed.
*Creating and maintaining Application support standardized documentation.
Education and/or Experience:
*B.A. or B.S preferred.
*1-4+ years of industry website experience.
*Knowledge and experience with eCommerce systems (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento).
*Knowledge and experience of integration between eCommerce, ERP, PIM Order Management, Warehouse, Financial, and POS systems.
*Knowledge and experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud).
*Knowledge of DTC/B2B business practices.
*Excellent analytical and presentation skills – Advanced proficiency with Excel (macros, pivot tables) and knowledge of PowerPoint are required.
*Knowledge and experience in vetting and writing requirements as well as writing and executing test scripts and test plans.
*Analysis, project management, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support a variety of stakeholders and teams.
*Expertise and background in both DTC and B2B go-to-market channels is preferred but not necessary.
Working Conditions:
*Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
