Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with marketing strategists, project managers and clients to align campaign strategies and goals for organizations
Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Define, measure, and evaluate relevant media KPIs
Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of media
Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Must-haves:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field of study and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience
A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience with ad campaigning, audience targeting and branding techniques, and the various media channels and platforms
Ability to work with marketing strategists, project managers, and clients to align campaign strategies and goals for organizations
Knowledge of digital marketing industry best practices and new technologies
Understanding of in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
Ability to build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of media
Strong analytical capabilities or the advancement to think critically about marketing campaigns, KPI selection and the tracking of campaign performance
Preferred:
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns – email, search, social media, and display, and have a solid knowledge of Google Analytics
Proven account management skills and the ability to lead more than one effort simultaneously
Excellent understanding of Digital Advertising, internet technologies, website design, and related disciplines
Experience in campaign conception, copywriting, creative building, budget management, campaign execution, and dashboarding & reporting
