General Laborer position – Hiring Bonus!
Responsible for performing a variety of general labor functions throughout the plant and providing general help to other team members.
This is a full-time hourly position with full benefits; Including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA and HRA plans, PTO, paid holidays, company performance based bonus potential and a 401k program with company match. Hiring Bonus potential!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various general laborer job duties as needed and assigned throughout the plant.
- Ability to learn and participate in the sealcoat manufacturing process.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient delivery of job quality, job safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Uphold company excellence when dealing with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Standard hours are 7AM – 3:30PM M-F; additional time may be required, including an occasional Saturday, as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to perform basic match skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment and willing to follow direction.
- Must possess a positive, “can do” attitude.
- Ideally at least 1 year of prior experience, but willing to train the right person with no experience.
- Lift up to 20 pounds consistently and up to 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.
- Perform physical activities that may require standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching, balancing and pushing.
- Valid WI Drivers’ License required.
