Seller Plex Looking for Premier Online Due Diligence Agency Seeking a CPA For Project Management Role at Remote Full Time

My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I’m the owner of Centurica, founder of SellerPlex, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. I recently completed the acquisition of Centurica. Centurica is the premier provider of Due Diligence services for online business acquisitions. This means our clients hire us to review their acquisitions to ensure the business is what the seller says it is, uncover any risks, as well as identify growth opportunities.

We are growing rapidly and looking to hire for a key Project Manager role. The ideal candidate has 5 years of CPA and audit experience as well as project management at a big accounting firm. So, for example, someone working at a Big 4 or another big CPA firm who worked as Jr in audit for a few years before rising into a Project Manager role.

That is the perfect experience that we need for this role! Hands-on audit/financial experience as well as project management. This is a key role and could lead to more opportunities for growth. We are first looking to hire for the PM role but if you are a good fit this role has the potential to grow into an operations manager role.

You’ll be joining a high-level and fast-paced team, working with exciting businesses and projects, and trailblazing the due diligence industry for online acquisitions.

We are looking to bring someone on asap but understand that you are likely employed and so will need time to resign from your current role.

This is a great fit for you if you are very smart, experienced in accounting and project management, enjoy the work but also want more freedom and flexibility, more autonomy, more ownership, less bureaucracy, etc by working for an online business vs established CPA firm.

You will be a great fit here if you love M&A, fast worker, have strong attention to detail, great communicator, and want to be a part of a fast-paced high performing team.

Ideally, we are looking to bring someone on full-time asap. And our starting budget for this role is $5-8k/month for a full time depending on your experience. If you prove to be the right fit there is additional upside and bonuses as you grow with the business and the business grows. As well as a higher salary if you prove to be the right fit for the Operations Manager position.

I know your rate may start off lower with Centurica but you will have more potential for upside and growth. As well as the other benefits mentioned like less bureaucracy, flexible schedule, location independence, and ability to make an impact on a business with huge potential.

We also can start off hourly to get things started as an option.

US, Canada preferred. US time zones are preferred. Western Europe will also be considered if willing to work in US time zones.
