Responsible for service department billings including time and material service and contract blanket and maintenance billings.
Reviews work orders for accuracy and timely processing. Check to make sure all parts and labor hours are listed. Check the customer data base for the correct discount or mark-up for parts, truck charge, labor rate, NTE amounts, and PO requirement as per the customer being billed. Verify accuracy of description.
Update and maintain customer database.
Monitor refrigerant and ensure entry into appropriate systems.
Check work order for warranty items and process them appropriately.
Process invoices for customers according to their requirements including on-line input and/or emailing invoices.
Check invoices for profitability relaying any discrepancies back to the Service Manager.
Handle service or maintenance related customer calls for questions on invoices or statements, directing the customer to the right person if unable to assist them.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience, preferably in a construction environment and/or equivalent.
Must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills.
Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, copier, fax, etc. sufficiently to perform the job.
