Salted Dough is a casual fine dining restaurant, with 16 artisan pizzas along with daily chef specials along with other upscale menu options. We are a 100% made from scratch kitchen. We butcher our own fish, meat, and poultry in house. We also make all of our own desserts in house (Gelato, tiramisu, etc). Everything from our own bread and pasta, to our own syrups for our specialty cocktails. 75 (only local Ohio) beers served in house, 65 bottles of wine. The only thing that comes out of a can is our tomatoes that we grind for our sauce.
Preferred serving experience, we are looking for a team player, able to work in a very fast pace creative environment.
