Sally Beauty Holdings LLC Looking for HR People Analytics and Insights Analyst at Denton, TX(remote) Full Time

The HR Analyst will lead analytic initiatives focused on data related to associate demographics, associate surveys, absences, payroll, and turnover.  This role will partner closely with leaders in HR Business Partners, Store Operations, IT, Finance, and external analytics vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives related to reporting and analysis of associate demographics, associate surveys, absences, payroll, and turnover. Provide insights, narratives and compare and contrast data in a way that is relatable to the end user.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Store Operations, IT, Finance, and external analytics vendors.
• Manage intake, execution and delivery of analytics projects.  Ensure on-time execution and clear communication of results and recommendations.
• Conduct deep dive analysis on all related data to gain insights on what is driving turnover and associate engagement.
• Manage end to end project related to associate data and analytics. Manage vendor relationships.
• Identify gaps in data sources, hygiene and data collection.  Partner with HRIS team and IT to ensure confidence in data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, statistics or related field. MBA or related Master s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of directly related experience working in a HR. Retail experience preferred.
• Experience working with data science, analytics & reporting teams
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases required. Oracle HCM Cloud preferred.
• Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau highly preferred
