Job Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in education or related field.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and high adaptation skills to work successfully in an unpredictable setting.
• Organizational, computer, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree.
• Hold or be eligible for Delaware or Maryland licensing/certification.
• Experience teaching in a classroom environment.
• Experience teaching in a diverse learning environment.
• Interest in robotics, math, or reading.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
