Job Description
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer I to join our team! This individual will be responsible for preventative maintenance & general repairs and adjustments to the building systems, equipment, and fixtures as required and to the satisfaction of the tenant. This position will include work at various locations including downtown Chicago, Westmont, Naperville, and St. Charles.

Some things you can expect to do:
To be successful in this role, a technical degree or equivalent experience in the operation of commercial building and equipment is required. You must be able to life 80 pounds, work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals, and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
