Logistics: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all daily activity for supply chain operations
Organizing and managing activity and paperwork for customer needs / 3PL partnerships / production / & transportation
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders and other operation documentation
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Answering customer inquiries, both timely and efficiently
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
Managing various KPIs to ensure efficiency in the day to day operations
Analyzing & optimizing logistical process to provide best in class service to current & future customers
Support National & Regional Business Development and Supply Chain Field Manager teams to grow and develop customer base
Ability to be proactive tracking and projecting needs of customers & 3PL
Monitor, evaluate, and address 3PL performance
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in logistics management required
Account management and customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Generic understanding of ERP systems and how it operates preferred
Strong time management, planning and organizational skills – ability to be a team player
Strong problem-solving skills
