Royal Media Looking for Marketing Associate at Remote Full Time

Royal Media is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual to join our marketing team that serves our editorial team and business operations. Since our Marketing Associate will be an integral part of a small team, it is vital that this person takes initiative, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple projects at once with significant autonomy. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with social media content creation and execution; creation, implementation, and analysis of digital ad campaigns; drafting and proofreading email marketing campaigns; day-to-day website maintenance and updates; detailing marketing initiatives to the label services/distribution team

• Maintain relationships and communication with our team, associates, and clients

Candidate Requirements:   

• Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva

• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role (air freight, energy, financial, or telecom industry preferred)

• A general knowledge of the business information industry and a willingness to learn

• Great attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Be comfortable working in team situations

• Comfort in working in a remote team setting

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Hubspot, MailChimp, Salesforce, WooCommerce, WordPress, Social Pilot or other marketing technology platforms

• Copywriting and content creation (graphic design and video editing experience a plus)

• Email marketing

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising

• Ability to interpret web analytics (Google Analytics)

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
