Job Description
The HR Program Manager drives the execution of HR programs within the assigned businesses the role supports (Intelligent Devices, Integrated Supply Chain and Finance). This role also enables HR and business leaders to make informed business decisions by providing timely, pertinent HR analytics. This role is actively involved in ensuring HR talent and compensation-related programs and processes are completed effectively and efficiently in the business. The HR Program Manager partners with HR and business leaders to plan and execute business-wide HR projects as assigned.
Talent Programs
* Drives successful execution of new initiatives, including the rollout of business initiatives and programs
* Partners with HRBPs through leading change initiatives to help set clear expectations, provide knowledge, resources, and evaluation measures
* Facilitates HR and business participation in talent programs and processes, such as org and talent review
* Requires business acumen and context to coordinate & deliver business-specific story creation (at an SVP level) for enterprise-wide org & talent reviews
* Communicate process, timelines, and tools for HR programs
* Ensure consistent use of processes and tools, adherence to timelines, and high quality participation
* Escalate process issues as appropriate
* Consolidate completed materials and ensure accuracy
Talent Analytics
* Utilizing TE’s talent analytics design, conduct business-specific talent analytics to allow strategic and predictive use of various talent data sources
* Provide support to HR Analytics to help define the HR organization’s enterprise-wide analytics requirements
* Provide business insights to HR Analytics to design business specific people analytics to allow strategic and predictive use of various data sources
* Provide business specific HR reports & analytics to support business processes and decisions
* Work with appropriate groups to resolve any data issues
* Enable HR business partners and people managers to be able to access information appropriately through self-service or centralized reporting methods
Compensation Programs
* Coordinate the completion of specific compensation-related processes in the business, including merit planning, bonus payout, and ad hoc allocations
* Communicate process, timelines, and tools
* Ensure consistent use of processes and tools, adherence to timelines, and high quality participation
* Escalate process issues as appropriate
* Consolidate completed materials and ensure accuracy
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of HR or equivalent experience, with a direct experience in analytics, talent and/or compensation related processes.
* High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Prior experience retrieving data from an ERP system, preference for WD experience
* Experience analyzing data, recognizing trends, and recommending solutions.
* Demonstrated success independently managing complex projects, systems and processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work with employees and managers in all regions and at all levels in the organization.
