Job Description

The Engineer II designs, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. He or she will determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. The EII coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. The Identify, analyze and resolve program support deficiencies. The Engineer II will additionally develop and recommend corrective actions.

The is a regional position in the Automation Solutions Group responsible for the support of customers and project teams in Process Automation while demonstrating the essential competencies core to MAVERICK Technologies.

The EII’s ideal location is Pensacola, FL but we will consider remote candidates within North and South Carolina and Northern Alabama.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree.
• Travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Typically requires three to five years of experience in an industrial controls engineering environment
• Preference for engineers with Rockwell, GE and/or DeltaV platform experience
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry
• Preference for individuals with networking background or experience
