SURVEY CAD TECHNICIAN IN DENVER, CO

Ripple Effect Consulting is looking to hire a Survey CAD Technician for our office in Denver, CO! DETAILS

• Salary: $60-$70k
• Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours a week)
• Hire Type: Direct Hire

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience mapping Civil Survey points for Land Development projects
• 2+ years of Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center experience
• Familiarity with GIS
• Ability to read highway plans, plats and deeds
• Ability to present information to managers and team members
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• MicroStation/GeoPak/OpenRoads – Training Available
• AutoCAD experience a plus
• Experience using MicroStation with GeoPak and/or OpenRoads
• LSIT Certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing highway right-of-way maps
• Creating maps, legal descriptions, and survey reports
• Preparing route surveys to state and federal standards,
• Preparing utility inventory surveys
• Recommend process improvements and enhancements for projects
• Interpret government files and public record documentation
• Convert data between AutoCAD, ESRI shapefiles and ESRI geodatabase
