Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for a hands-on Accounting Manager who can manage our in-house Accounting function and help Revenue.io rapidly scale. The right candidate will bring considerable experience working with lean Accounting teams that maintain and continuously evaluate efficient financial reporting processes and integrations with business operations. This position requires a strong systems orientation as the business migrates to NetSuite and integrates key processes around that platform (Q2C, P2P, R2R). Reporting to the Controller, you will be a critical business partner closely aligned to the operational leaders of an innovative, high-growth technology company. At Revenue.io you will find a team that is accustomed to partnering with Finance and Accounting functions and is always looking for ways to improve internal processes and leverage financial and operational data to drive more efficient and effective decision-making. You will work closely with the Controller and have access to functional leaders to help drive internal process improvements.

Duties in Detail

• Perform and manage day-to-day operational accounting and financial close activities including but are not limited to billings, collections, AP, payroll, commissions, cash management, preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and flux analysis.
• Assist with the preparation of management and financial reporting in adherence with GAAP.
• Facilitate in the evaluation, implementation and streamlining of ERP systems to drive accuracy, timeliness, efficiencies and scalability.
• Support the Controller in identifying, developing, implementing and documenting process improvement initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in managing complex accounting processes related to ASC 606 and capitalized software
• Manage consolidation and reporting procedures which include accounting of FX rates and eliminations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and outside technical vendors to support audits and special projects as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience implementing and maintaining a NetSuite ERP platform with integrations with operational systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Willingness and ability to roll up the sleeves when needed
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS/technology, including experience implementing and maintaining ASC 606 standard
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
