RevaComm is growing and looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our People Operations team leading the recruitment efforts to scale our amazing culture and business as we continue to grow. This leader will be a dedicated problem solver with a deep commitment to supporting the company’s greatest asset – our people.
If You Join Us, You Will:
- Help shape RevaComm’s future
- Partner with the executive team to maintain and support the culture through company growth by being a key thought partner in areas of talent, people management, company culture, and compensation
- Leverage data along with talent and market acumen to inform compensation and engagement strategies
- Lead, manage and build the Recruiting team; serve as a mentor to other People Operations team members
- Develop and implement strategic programs to attract, source and recruit top talent
- Improve efficiency in the hiring process
- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
- Set clear goals and benchmarks for the Recruiting team

Basic Qualifications:
- Self-directed HR professional with 5+ years of relevant experience
- BS/MS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated success in leading Recruiting functions
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor and supervise multiple direct reports
- Excellent project management skills in defining scope, schedules, and resources to ensure consistent quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HR related experience in the technology industry
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
- Familiarity with working in an Agile environment
- Previous experience working in a startup environment

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
