REE Medical Looking for HR Manager at Remote Full Time

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team! We are looking for a driven and motivated HR professional who can help establish and monitor all Human Resources functions within our vastly growing company. We are looking for someone who can bring to REE their experience of the full cycle of recruiting new staff, preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records, and supporting leaders through additional ongoing training, and have a solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures and life cycle runs smoothly at all times.

Responsibilities

• Create and establish a new HR department within our vastly growing company
• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
• Administer health and life insurance programs
• Implement training and development plans
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Monitor budgets by department
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Serve as the main point of contact for our external HR support company
• Oversee and grow HR staff as the company grows in size

Skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
• Tech-savvy: comfortable navigating and utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously (i.e. our CRM, Monday.com, Adobe Reader, Outlook, and cloud-based file sharing systems). Basic system training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
