Our client is currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding all aspects of projects from inception through execution. • Develop and manage scopes of work for martech, demand generation, and/or strategy projects
• Lead the relationship with clients, their partners, and their customers to set the tone for purposeful collaboration
• Manage day-to-day production of multiple prioritized tasks or projects at one time to meet client deadlines and proactively manage client expectations for delivery.
• Ensure productive collaboration internally with a diverse team of strategists, creatives, and technologists
• Track and report weekly project efficiency to align to scope, budget, and timelines

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role

• 5+ years of full-time experience in a digital and/or consulting agency working with B2B clients
• Proven ability to manage relationships with brands as well as project delivery
• Marketing automation email marketing experience required
• Direct experience and confidence with marketing technology including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot required
• Experience with renewal or subscription marketing preferred
• Excellent skills with resource management
