Digital Marketing Specialist
The RealManage Family of Brands is looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to work within our marketing department to help further brand awareness and develop organic and paid digital campaigns to meet our company growth goals. As digital specialist you are expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Job Responsibilities:
Study community association industry trend indicators, track changes in community association industry, identify potential clients and best practices to market to them as well as identify and monitor competitors.
Collaborate with internal creative and website teams to create landing pages and optimize existing web presence for multiple brands on Hubspot.
Execute SEO/SEM and content strategy and deployment.
Executes social media campaigns (Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter).
Create and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Youtube, Bing)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against company benchmark goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends & insights and optimizes spend per channel and performance based on the insights. (Google Ads)
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing initiatives and helps with supporting non-digital marketing campaigns
Experience in identifying target audiences and work with other digital team members to devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Keyword and related topics research to identify content opportunities.
Optimization of landing page and lead generation campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:
3-7 years proven working experience in digital marketing
Advanced search engine optimization (SEO) skills
Experience with Hubspot or Wordpress preferred.
Advanced experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and lead generation campaigns.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
