Responsiblities:
Completes the design, construction, development, testing, implementation, and technology delivery for business needs throughout the company. Experienced Software Engineer is responsible for technical aspects of the entire process of agile development for moderately complex projects.
Design, code/develop, test and implement moderately complex systems
Design solutions to solve moderately complex business problems, considering operational and functional aspects of the solution, demonstrating an understanding of the business function
Research and permanently resolve system problems and incidents
Mentor Apprentice and Associate Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities
Desired Skills:
Preferred Skills
– 3+ years experience as a .NET Developer
– In-depth knowledge of C#
– Core concepts: HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, versioning, breaking changes, backwards compatibility
– Web API, RESTful Web services
– Experience with message broker like RabbitMQ-MassTransit
– Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) – AWS SQS, SNS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
– Experience testing automation tools such as postman, Jbehave
– Experience in Java , Apache Tomcat – would be a Plus
– Data: MySQL/SQL Server, XML, SOAP, JSON, Dynamodb
– Object Relational mapping tools (NHibernate, EntityFramework, Dapper)
– Tools: GitHub, Jira, Visual Studio
– Proficiency in building web-based applications
– Ability to analyze and maintain existing production systems
– Ability to troubleshoot and address performance related issues
– Ability to establish and uphold code standard and best practices.

– Ability to document computer systems as directed
