Who You Are:
The Digital Lifecycle Journeys team seeks a digital content specialist to drive the content strategy and execution of the notifications for the Partner Digital Experience team. This person would be responsible for collecting requirements, defining, and designing the right approach with content for various channels. This person will develop a productive and innovative strategy for personalized content, customer segmentation, targeting, and analytics to ensure we’re targeting the right people, at the right time, and with
the right message in a way that drives results for the end user and our Client.
We are seeking high-energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
? 3+ years of experience in content development and strategy, digital marketing, or related field, preferably in the tech industry with experience executing across numerous digital channels.
? Must have knowledge in marketing automation platforms in order to drive marketing automation strategy for the company
? Exceptional, writing and presentation skills; ability to leverage various types of media to tell factual stories clearly, creatively, and succinctly
? Ability to multitask
? Ability to write for various channels and audiences
? Master PowerPoint skills
? Demonstrated effectiveness in working with development organizations, sales, marketing and channel teams
? Bachelors Degree required

responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
? Drive the content and UX strategy based on manager and stakeholder inputs
? Work cross-functionally with teams to intake content requirements and develop the content and
the technical decisions regarding content management for assigned programs
? Oversee the “creative vision” of digital programs through content
? Lead the content strategy and apply best practices for digital engagement and segmentation
across digital channels including content, digital channel execution, optimization, targeting,
frequency, order, and timing
? Guide the development of content for notifications, delivering the right content, at the right time, to
the right person, in the right way leveraging automation wherever possible
? Present data-driven recommendations and strategies based on analytics, data science, and
contextual knowledge of the available data. Must be able to understand data automation. Must be
able to think logically through segmentation on marketing campaigns
? Use data analytics to monitor, analyze, and measure effectiveness of digital efforts to monitor and
ensure optimal impact on the customer experience
? Support the team at times to oversee and manage the successful execution of content files,
translations, and content assets for package submissions
? Stay up to date on points of view from leading industry analysts and key influencers in the market
? Create communications to effectively communicate what the team does, submit award entries,
update portfolio slides and attend meetings to make sure the story of our team is effectively
conveyed.
? Support creative copyrighting for the team when needed for various projects or tasks such as
banner ads, user guides, emails, slides, and other communications.

organizations, playing a role in transforming our Client by developing and implementing content strategies
and intelligent automation to drive us toward a data-driven digital organization and success.
