responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing marketing and analytics solutions within Amway’s diverse Tealium iQ (TiQ) Tag Management System ecosystem, develop and debug TiQ-integrated solutions leveraging Javascript expertise, test and validate implementations of or enhancements to TiQ, the data layer, and TiQ-integrated solutions, assist in the evolution and management of solution design reference documentation, collaborate with business teams to understand and document needs and/or requirements and foster curiosity, creativity and innovative thinking among team members, challenge assumptions, and promote excellence in a results-driven culture.

Required qualifications:

• Total 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing & analytics, web development, or related development role
• Bachelor’s Degree with field of study in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

• Total 3+ years of experience working with tag management tools, Tealium iQ preferred

• Proficiency developing with JavaScript, specifically as it relates to digital analytics implementation

• Familiarity working with jQuery, Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Regex

Skills to be successful in the role:

• Ability to provide thought leadership in solving complex technical problems with creative solutions
• Organized and able to balance working on multiple projects as well as small enhancements

• Ability to balance multiple projects and manage change with integrity and a spirit of collaboration
