Our client, an industry-leading logistics company, has a need for a contract to hIre Curriculum Developer. The ideal candidate is well versed in the development and implementation of instructional design. salary: $25 – $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Write and develop instructional materials
• Create performance support materials
• Create assessments
• Develop job aids and quick reference guides
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Share drives
• Develop train the trainer materials
• Train and coach trainers
• Experience with developing hands on materials
• Collaborate and communicate with Instructional designer and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
• Translate business and standard work processes into user friendly language
• Proofread and Edit learning materials
• Document notes for multiple team members
• Gather feedback and revise coursework
